We helped a global Tier 1 achieve their highest ever technical scores in a full market competition bid for a £85m+ Network Rail framework. By guiding strategy, supporting the client’s bid engineering team, and aligning their skills with industry standards, we secured top scores across methodology, MVP, efficiency plans and safe-by-design, sustainability, and safety
Frameworks
We secured three national S&T frameworks for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, providing up to 10 years of work through comprehensive turnkey tender support. By helping our clients understand the client’s process and needs, we provided a turnkey service including tender assessment, strategic briefing and action planning, commercial modelling, portal management, response writing, graphics, and proofreading.
Pre-Qualification
Guiding our client in navigating the UK rail market we helped the board identify growth opportunities, secure essential certifications, and build capability studies to succeed in PQQ events.
